We've tried different recipes for protein pancakes but this one is the winner so far! They are delicious and loaded with protein.
Here are the ingredients:
5 egg whites
2 yolks
1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinammon
2 Tbs coconut oil
1 scoop of vanilla protein shake
You can top with light syrup, peanut butter and sugar free jelly or Waldens Farms chocolate syrup (sugar free, carbs free, fat free)
