Speaking from personal experience and from a person that probably owns 15 pairs of black leggings I am thrilled to have switched to the colored leggings. Every time I am doing my stairmaster routine, equipment that is usually located on the back of the cardio area, it amazes me how every single girl at the gym is either wearing black, white or grey. Protein Pancake
We've tried different recipes for protein pancakes but this one is the winner so far! They are delicious and loaded with protein.
Here are the ingredients:
5 egg whites
2 yolks
1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinammon
2 Tbs coconut oil
1 scoop of vanilla protein shake
You can top with light syrup, peanut butter and sugar free jelly or Waldens Farms chocolate syrup (sugar free, carbs free, fat free)

A dieta para desintoxicar eh muito interessante principalmente quando estamos prontas para uma mudanca radical e nos tornarmos mais saudaveis.
